Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 May 2026

By downloading, installing, or using the WFHelper desktop application or our backend service at api.wfhelper.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

What WFHelper is

WFHelper is a free, non-commercial fan-made desktop companion application for Warframe.

Affiliation disclaimer

WFHelper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by:

Warframe and all related trademarks are property of Digital Extremes Ltd. WFHelper uses publicly accessible game data and the public Warframe.market API under fair use for community tooling.

Acceptable use

You agree to use WFHelper responsibly. You will not:

We reserve the right to rate-limit, block, or permanently deny service to clients that violate these conditions.

No warranty

WFHelper is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You use the software at your own risk. We do not guarantee:

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, the developer of WFHelper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of in-game items, platinum, account access, trades, or any other losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the software or backend service.

Where liability cannot be excluded under Austrian law, it is limited to the amount you paid for the software — which, since WFHelper is free, is zero.

Service availability and changes

WFHelper is a fan project. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

If the backend is shut down permanently, the desktop application may continue to function in a limited offline mode using locally cached data.

Donations and Ko-fi

WFHelper is free. Optional donations via Ko-fi are gratefully accepted but provide no special privileges, support obligations, or refund rights. Donations are non-refundable and do not constitute a commercial transaction with WFHelper.

Open source

WFHelper's source code is published under an open-source license on GitHub. Use of the source code itself is governed by that license, not these Terms. These Terms govern use of the official compiled releases and the api.wfhelper.com service.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law.
