WFHelper is an open-source desktop companion app for Warframe. It tracks your warframe inventory, scans rivens via OCR, shows live wfmarket prices, and much more. All without requiring Overwolf and without any ads.
Yes. The app is free and open source under the MIT license. You can optionally support development on Ko-fi, but every feature is available to everyone forever.
The main difference is that WFHelper runs as a native desktop application instead of through Overwolf. That means no Overwolf account, no ads, no telemetry to a third party. WFHelper is also fully open source, you can read or contribute to the code on GitHub.
Not really. All the core features of AlecaFrame exist the only missing ones are the Riven Sniper and Trading Analytics
The main WFHelper app should not. WFHelper itself does not inject into or interact with the Warframe client, modify game files, or automate gameplay. It can be used without the optional API-helper, either with no inventory data or by importing an AlecaFrame inventory file. Automatic inventory syncing requires the optional API-helper. The API-helper is a separate tool that reads temporary accountID/nonce (not your actual email/password) values from the running Warframe process and then uses Warframe’s mobile API to download your inventory data locally. The API-helper does not modify the game, write to game memory, automate gameplay, or perform actions on your account. However, no third-party Warframe tool can be guaranteed to be safe. Please refer to Warframe’s Terms of Service and third-party software policy before using it.
Download the latest release from GitHub Releases, run the installer, and launch WFHelper. On first start you'll be guided through a brief setup.
Currently Windows only, Linux support may be added later if there's demand.
No account is required to use WFHelper. For features that read or modify your warframe.market listings, you'll authenticate directly with warframe.market.
OCR quality depends on screen resolution and UI scale. Make sure you are on Fullscreen and at 99% UI scale. If it still misreads, report the issue in our Discord
Almost nothing. Your inventory, stats, and settings are stored locally on your device. Our backend only briefly processes your IP address for rate limiting and request paths to serve cached data none of which identifies you. For details see the Privacy Policy.
No. Authentication happens between your app and warframe.market directly. WFHelper never sees, transmits, or stores your password.
Yes! The project is open source on GitHub. Contributions of all kinds are welcome.
Open an issue on GitHub, or join the Discord and post in #support or #feature-requests.
Donations via Ko-fi are optional and help cover hosting costs and development time. Donors receive no special features but they do get a supporter role in Discord.
